Welcome to the New Media Soft Meta App (the "App"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the App, provided by New Media Soft ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

1.1. Eligibility:
To use the App, you must:

• Have an active Instagram Business or Creator account.

1.2. Purpose:
The App is designed to integrate with your Instagram Business or Creator account via Meta's API, utilizing the instagram_business_basic permission.

1.3. Restrictions:
You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or exploit any part of the App.
• Use automated systems (e.g., bots) to access or interact with the App.

2. Data Usage

2.1. Data Collection:
The App collects only your Instagram username when you authorize the App through Meta's OAuth process.

2.2. Data Usage:
We use your Instagram username solely for providing App functionality, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

2.3. Data Storage:
The App does not store any other data apart from your Instagram username.

3. Intellectual Property

3.1. All content, trademarks, and materials in the App are the property of New Media Soft or its licensors.
3.2. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App solely as intended under these Terms.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

4.1. The App is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with your device.
4.2. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, New Media Soft shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from:

• Your use or inability to use the App.
• Unauthorized access to or use of your Instagram account data.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

7. Modifications to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
